Yevgeniya Tsybulska
Violin Instructor
My Story
I have dedicated over a decade to teaching violin and music theory to both children and adults in individual and group settings. Throughout my career, I have adeptly prepared numerous students for their music grade certifications, from Grade 1 through 8, and have organized annual recitals to provide them with valuable performance experience. Starting my musical journey early, I learned piano, viola, and violin, ultimately choosing viola as my primary instrument. My deep connection to music fuels my passion to teach and share the joy it brings with others.
I became a violin teacher to impart my extensive musical knowledge and to help students develop a love for music. I tailor my teaching methods—such as Suzuki, ABRSM, RCM, Orff, Kodaly, and Dalcroze—to suit the unique needs, abilities, and personalities of each student, recognizing that everyone learns differently.
For younger students, my lessons incorporate musical games and activities to make learning fun, alongside foundational music theory and appreciation. Older students focus more on advanced playing techniques and various musical styles, using different studies and repertoires, and I include play-along sound tracks to enhance their ensemble skills.
I offers lessons in:
Pop Violin
Graded Violin
Sight Reading
Ensemble Classes
Music Theory
I also teach in English and Ukrainian at my home studio in Callingwood, at students' homes nearby, or online via Zoom.
