To sign up for at least 16 weeks of music lessons.If the payment returns NSF, there will be a late charge of %10To purchase from Revolution Music International any instructional materials required for the lesson.To provide at least 6 hours notice of cancellation of a scheduled lesson. Instead of “make up” lessons, there will be a video lesson filmed that will constitute somewhere between 25%-33% of your regular time.To pay for four lessons per month.
